Lott Brothers Construction Company contracted with the developer to provide pre-construction and construction services for the construction of a 10,000 square foot office building for an owner/user.
Notable highlights of the project include the fossilized limestone exterior of the building and the exposed curvilinear truss work in the interior of the building. Also, stained and polished concrete floors in public areas provide a dramatic change from tile floors typically used in these areas.
