| Warehouse Partners III, LP contracted with Lott Brothers for the construction of a three building addition to the Gattis School Business Park. This project totaled about 60,000 square feet of industrial office/warehouse space in the growing complex around the Round Rock, Texas campus of Dell Computer. The buildings are tilt wall concrete construction with wall heights varying between 26 feet and 36 feet. The largest panel erected weighed over 54 tons. Phase II consisted of Building C and Phase III included Building D and Building E. | ||
