PORTFOLIO industrial medical multi family offices retail	Horizon II Office Building 98,000 Square Feet Austin, Texas 2002       In 2001, LBCC began construction on the Horizon II Office Project located in Austin at the intersection of US 290 and Loop 360. This project includes a 4 level reinforced concrete office structure of about 98,000 square feet and a 3 level parking garage of about 150,000 square feet.  The terrain at the project is somewhat similar to the difficult terrain at the Trinity Episcopal School. Also, environmental concerns are paramount because of the adjacency of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. LBCC worked with the owner of the project through all phases of the project including pre-construction, design development, estimating, bidding, contract buyout and construction. The project was completed in June 2002.
