| Realty Capital Corporation's Park Forest Office Project is a multi-phase office project on Parmer Lane in northwest Austin. Lott Brothers contracted to construct the first phase of the project in 2000. The initial phase of the project consisted of a 30,000 square foot, 2-story building and about two-thirds of the site work for the remaining two buildings. At full build-out, the project will total about 90,000 square feet. | ||
