The Renaissance Women's Center provides hospital services for women in the Austin area and was completed by Lott Brothers Construction Company in 1997. LBCC was involved in the project from initiation through commissioning.Since completing the initial construction of the facility, LBCC was retained for several modification and expansion projects at the facility. In addition to patient rooms, administrative areas and offices the project included 4 C-section/Operating Room Suites. Project construction cost totaled almost $9 million including recent additions. This project was featured recently in the May 6, 1998 issue of Texas Architect.
