The project consisted of two main buildings comprised of site-cast tilt-wall exterior wall construction with conventional steel joist roof framing. The concrete panels for the project were cast on the slab and then sandblasted to provide an attractive yet durable and maintenance-free finished exterior. The project cost exceeded $2.5 million.
